Title: Computer Based Training on E-Waste

Description: I refined my ability to research, develop and deliver a computer based training course (CBT) focused on the global effects of ICT progression and trendy devices becoming e-waste.
The E-Waste CBT was developed during my Learning Technologies class (ICT-710) utilizing PowerPoint. My research on this topic is related to a larger learning and understanding of the side of technology that most of us don’t consider when developing or purchasing contemporary electronic items.

Title: ISP Business Analysis

Description: This paper outlines the ISP business and explores the underlying principles needed to address challenges and growth in the organization.
For the Impacts of Technology (ICT-733) class I created a white paper that defines the parameters of a small rural ISP company by investigating the past, present, and future developments of the industry. I conducted interviews and identified the most important factors for success while managing customer expectations.
